Kids get to rave at Estepona music festival - Costa News Spain

Costa News Spain: Kids have a blast at Estepona Music Festival

Estepona is preparing to host a pioneering event in Spain with the arrival of the ‘Breiki Festival’, the first electronic music festival exclusively aimed at families with children.

This event will bring together children and adults to enjoy a music concert that is normally not allowed for children.

Breiki is a family-friendly electronic dance festival that was born out of the desire to provide a unique experience for families who love this music. With an impressive lineup of DJs, performers and entertainment zones, this event promotes a healthy approach to attending and enjoying music festivals.

Breakbeat will be a major focus of the musical style. This sound has been hugely popular in Andalusia ever since the 1990s. As well, there will be Drum & Bass and Garage without the decibels strong enough to damage any little one’s eardrums.

The roster includes DJ Heavy, MBreaks and Cellux MC. Vialbass is the youngest DJ, aged only 10.

The festival will also have its own chillout zone with face painting, bouncy castles, a ball pool, foodtrucks and a café.

In order to ensure the comfort and safety of families, adults will be prohibited from entering the event without their children. There is a limit of four adults for each minor. Babys and toddlers aged up to 2 years will be admitted for free.

The event will take place between 4pm-9pm on Friday 28th February at Recinto Ferial, Salas Soho Templo Ajetreo. The first 50 children who arrive will get a small gift. Tickets are €14 per person above 2 years and are available from monsterticket.com.
