The next meeting of the Association of Foreign Property Owners will be held at the Calpe Tennis Club, on Tuesday 25th February.
Join us for a coffee meeting at 10:30am. This will be a great opportunity to connect and socialize with your fellow property owners. The formal meeting begins shortly after the coffee gathering.
Cruz Roja is the speaker for the next AFPO Meeting
This month they will be hosting a speaker from Calpe Cruz Roja, who will present the “Depositivo De Voz” program, also known by the name of the Virtual Friend Scheme.
This initiative developed in cooperation with the Amancio Ortega Foundation aims at providing vital support and companionship. The voice devices are installed in the homes 26,000 seniors throughout Spain.
For those who are unfamiliar with the AFPO and its purpose, it is dedicated to assisting residents in navigating the complexities of local bureaucracy. It also has a group of volunteers that help patients at the Calpe Centro de Salud by translating what doctors say into English.
