Ham Cutting Championships Casares Costa News Spain

On February 16, the grand final of the Andalusian Ham Cutters Championship will take place on the Costa del Sol in the village Casares.

This event brings together eight of the best ham cutters in Andalusia who will compete for the prestigious title. At 12pm the most talented ham cutters from all over Andalusia will compete on Paseo de la Carrera. Attendees can also enjoy ham sampling, bar service and a giant Paella. Al-Liquindoi will provide musical entertainment from 4pm.

The winners and awards will be presented at 3pm after the jury has deliberated for a considerable amount of time.

This event, organised by the Casares Council and National League of Ham Cutters, promises to be a tasty and essential event for those who love ham and Andalusian cuisine.

Casares is a hilly village, and parking can be difficult.
