The penalty has been imposed by the Consell de Mallcora’s tourism division following a protest by residents exterior the block on Calle Gaspar Bennazar final July.

Inspectors will examine if the closure order has been complied with and if that doesn’t occur, the matter will likely be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Workplace.
