Neymar made a miraculous return to his boyhood club Santos, Brazil. He signed a six-month deal after his contract was terminated with Saudi Pro League Club Al-Hilal.Neymar Santos was where he began his professional career, nearly 12 years before. He played a key role in Santos’ domestic dominance from 2010 to 2013, helping the club win six titles including the prestigious Copa Libertadores.

Neymar is hoping that this miraculous return will inspire him to believe that he could make the 2026 World Cup Squad and be once again a shining star for a Brazil squad desperate for their biggest trophy. 

Neymar, in reflecting on his departure from Al Hilal, expressed gratitude. “Thank you for giving my family and me a new home and new experiences,” he said.
