The council is providing the cost-free sessions on a three-month training course at the Neighborhood Station intends to offer females the knowledge and devices to protect themselves in scenarios where their physical stability may be in danger, whether they are dealing with an instant and certain danger, or just to have the training and knowledge for their very own self-defence for feasible scenarios in the future.

This females’s self-defence training course becomes part of a program of tasks and choices that the council performs throughout the year which, to name a few, advertise training for level playing fields, co-responsibility, avoidance and co-education for the avoidance of physical violence versus females. Without neglecting the lawful, mental, and interesting focus supplied by the authorities themselves.
