Property Market Boom: Transactions Surge 11% – CNS News

The surge in property transactions shows no sign of slowing down—quite the opposite, in fact. The number of properties bought and sold rose by an impressive 11% in April, May, and June of this year compared to the same period last year. An astounding 189,543 properties changed hands, with resale homes accounting for 90% of the transactions, while newly built properties made up the remaining 10%.
