MANCHESTER City’s Matheus Nunes was jailed last month after supposedly taking a cellphone while at a Madrid club.

The Portuguese midfielder was held at a police headquarters for examining adhering to a case at the La Riviera club.

Nunes was benefiting from a period break to delight in an evening out in the Spanish resources.

His apprehension took place at around 5.30 get on September 8 after the footballer was implicated of taking the phone coming from a 58-year-old male.

The male evidently attempted to take an image of Nunes without his authorization in the commodes of the club.

The 26-year-old after that supposedly snagged the premium phone from the male’s hands and rejected to return it to him.

The smart phone proprietor after that got in touch with the cops.

Nunes was supposedly cuffed at the club by policeman that uncovered he still had the phone on him.

He was after that required to the Policia Nacional terminal in the Arganzuela area of Madrid where he offered a declaration prior to being launched.

The El Mundo paper reported that Nunes is anticipated to deal with a burglary cost and a test.
