Jet2.com issues a warning to passengers flying to Mallorca –

The low-cost airline Jet2 issued a warning to its passengers yesterday (Tuesday) regarding delays at Palma de Mallorca Airport because of maintenance work on the premises.

According to the British media outlet TTG, the company has informed travellers flying to and from the island that they can expect “longer than usual” waits to pass through passport control, both on departures and arrivals.

“Currently, maintenance work is being carried out at Palma Airport. We are working to ensure that any disruption or delay is minimised until it is completed,” reads the message issued by the airline to its customers.
