AN ELDERLY consumer at an Ibiza dining establishment whined regarding his dish and was tossed to the ground by a mad cook.

The 72-year-old German sufferer wound up in healthcare facility with embolism and required a procedure.

The Guardia Civil jailed the Spanish cook, 37, on costs of attack and triggering severe injury.

The restaurant was with his partner and close friends at the facility in Santa Eularia in September when the event occurred.
