Five individuals have been arrested on the Costa del Sol for allegedly defrauding two women out of 325,000 euros. According to authorities, the suspects pretended to be financial advisors to gain the victims’ trust, then persuaded them to invest in non-existent financial products. The scheme came to light when the victims realized their funds were missing and reported the incident to the police. The arrested individuals now face charges of fraud and are awaiting trial.
