Doge’s Palace to be restored – CSN Information


On January 9, approval was given to a considerable subsidy of €1,091,208.87, which is able to cowl the price of much-needed restoration works on the Doge’s Palace in Gandia.

This subsidy represents 2 per cent of the Cultural Programme finances, which is run by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility and the Ministry of Housing and City Agenda.

This approval brings the city one step nearer to enhancing and preserving one of the crucial iconic monuments in Gandia and Spain. The constructing has outstanding cultural and creative significance, and the restorations are anticipated to extend customer engagement and appreciation of the positioning.

Doge’s Palace restoration will cowl 4 key areas

The proposed mission covers 4 key areas, together with the restoration of the Corridor of Wreaths, enhancement of the Courtyard of Arms Staircase, renovation of the Duke’s outdated cupboard, and building of a brand new public sq..
