The race started in Valencia. It consisted 184 kilometres of challenging terrain that was scenic and demanding. Particularly demanding was the final climb, affectionately known as the ‘Turron Duro’ among cycling enthusiasts. This climb will test even the most experienced riders. Only the strongest riders will prevail.

Swiss cyclist Marc Hirschi wins for Tudor Pro Cycling Team
The 154 cyclists who participated represented 22 teams including eight World Tour Teams like Movistar Team, Jayco Team, UAE Team Emirates Team, Astana Team, and Bahrain Victorious.
The race was concluded at the Camilo Cano Olympic Stadium. This stadium not only housed the finish, but also a team assembly area on the parking lot. This event is so popular that it was live-streamed on YouTube and broadcast on a giant screen.
Hirschi’s triumph marks a major milestone in Hirschi’s career as it was his first win with Tudor Pro Cycling Team. Hirschi previously rode for UAE Team Emirates. This win shows that he is a serious contender in cycling one-day races.
