El Lago Restaurant, a landmark for haute cuisine in the Costa del Sol region, is reopening after a thorough renovation with a fresh spirit.
El Lago’s complete renovation has transformed its interior into a warm, elegant oasis where every corner invites you to enjoy. Natural woods, neutral colors, and linen tablecloths create a serene atmosphere. The terrace with its spectacular views of the golf courses and lake has also been renovated to include a nighttime display of light and colour.
El Lago continues to be committed to excellence in culinary cuisine under the leadership of Chef Milos Zdravkovic. The new menu pays tribute to seasonal, local ingredients while respecting Andalusian cuisine traditions.
Highlights include a raw bar featuring Gillardeau oysters and blinis with osetra caviar, as well as main dishes such as aged beef tataki with bone marrow sauce or confit monkfish with celeriac purée.
The Tasting Menu is a journey you will never forget. From snacks like the mini baguette with aged beef and piquillo pepper emulsion to main courses like squid noodles with tuna ragù or oxtail-stuffed tortellini, each dish celebrates the finest local ingredients.
