On Friday twentieth September there’s a free conscious stroll from the lighthouse at Torre Del Mar, starting at 9.30am.  As a part of World Wellness Day, it’s utterly free to participate on this occasion.  The stroll can be led by hypnotherapist Sandie Ashing.
