The woman’s car had its roof scraped by a large trunk and was unable move. She climbed up onto the roof and, with a handsaw between her teeth, tried to cut through the thick tree trunk. The large tree with a diameter close to one metre proved impossible for the handsaw.

Some passers-by filmed the bizarre moment and posted the footage on social media. Many viewers were shocked by what they saw. Commentary ranged between humorous and outraged. For example, one user joked “She’ll be cutting even when her ITV runs low,” while another questioned, “Wouldn’t it have been simpler to let air out of the tires?”

The tourist, who was speaking in Italian to a friend, seemed to realize that the task was impossible at some point and gave up. Residents were shocked by the bizarre scene that has gone viral on the internet.

The video has not been reported as an official incident, but it continues to circulate on social media sites in Spain. The incident has ignited a new debate on tourist behavior and respect for public space in busy coastal cities like Fuengirola.
