The DGT Warns: Now foods can make you test positive in an alcohol test

Its not just beer, wine or spirits that can take you over the limit at a roadside alcohol check point! Traffic authority the DGT has revealed that certain foods and other substances contain alcohol, that could just add to your level, and tip you over the limit! These substances are for example “pickles” (such as you get in jars), mouthwashes, certain fruits, and even certain types of bread and pizzas! Alcohol free pizza please!! As well as the alcohol, certain common drugs and medicines can do the same. These include NyQuil and Robitussin (cough mixtures that are up to 10% alcohol), ZzzQuil (to aid sleeping), Diazepam, (which doesnt contain alcohol but shows up on a test as such) and Vicks Formula 44 cough mixture, which is stated as showing up as alcohol! Just what you need.
