IDEALISTA has revealed the most exclusive street in Spain but it’s not in Marbella, so which other Costa del Sol hotspot is it?
Property search engine Idealista has conducted a study to find the most expensive streets in Spain.
The top spot went to one Costa del Sol street with average prices of over €12 million.
Coto Zagaleta, Benahavis was revealed as the most exclusive enclave in the country, with the average price of €12,304,091 for one of the luxurious properties.

It was followed by the Paseo de la Marquesa Viuda, found in the La Moraleja area of Madrid.
To live the high life, this corner of the elite capital asks for €11,324,500 on average.
In third place was the Marbella Club’s Lomas urbanisation, with an average cost of €9,472,900.

Next was Barcelona’s Avenida Supermaresme, in the city’s Sant Andreu de Llavaneres area.
There, a property costs an average of €8,925,938.

In fifth place, the Costa del Sol makes the list yet again, with the Calle Pez Austral clocking in at €8,925,000 for average property prices.
Just further down the coast, Benahavis’s Carretera A-397 takes the seventh spot, with an average price of €8,869,524.
The seventh and eighth places are also occupied by Marbella, with the Sierra Blanca urbanisation (€8,361,048) and the Cascada de Camojan urbanisation (€7,917,344)
Then, we finally escape Marbella to visit the island of Mallorca, where Palma’s Calle Binicaubell takes ninth place (€7,622,727).
After that swift break, we return once again to Marbella for the tenth spot, which goes to Calle Osa Menor (€7,581,132).
