A MAN suffering with mental health problems has been arrested by the Guardia Civil for sending bomb warnings via email which claimed devices were going to be detonated in four Valencia schools to ‘kill as many people as possible’.
The 24-year old detainee, from Paterna, gave a false address and a fake telephone number.
