Posters written in English and Spanish have been put up round Malaga reminding vacationers to cowl up, hold quiet, and journey scooters safely.  The marketing campaign is being run by town countil in response to complaints from residents in regards to the habits of some vacationers, who don’t respect native gown codes and make extreme noise.
