The Museo Arqueologico y Precolombino, in Benalmadena, offers a fun-filled and educational activity that allows kids to explore the prehistoric world. This event is part El Club del ExploradorA free program designed to teach children about history by using hands-on activities.
Cave paintings will be created by young explorers on Friday 20th June, from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Children can paint using their hands, cotton, or stencils on paper that looks like a rock. For those with more experience, they can also use brushes. They will also learn about cave painting, their history, the reasons for making them, what they depict, and where to find them. This session highlights Benalmadena’s mysterious headless Bull and the famous Cueva del Toro.
